Feel confident when purchasing from us! Each moss art piece is packaged tightly and securely during transit. Each moss art piece is fully insured for the full purchase price (including your shipping costs), so if by chances something happens during transport, the paid amount will be fully returned.

After product creation, a photo of the product will be sent to you by email for confirmation.

As our products are custom made, after product confirmation the order will be delivered. We don't accept Returns for custom made products.

We fully return transport damages.
